SKA Rating
Fit-outs represent more than 10% of the construction industry. SKA Rating was designed to encourage good practice in fit-out work and to provide a mechanism for assessing and benchmarking fit-out in the context of sustainability. Surveyors will be able to advise on the good practice measures and SKA accredited assessors will be involved from the start of the project, advising which measures will be in scope for the project.
