Cockrams Surveyors are an independent firm of RICS Chartered Building Surveyors and Valuers. With a wealth of expertise and technical knowledge in relation to residential and commercial properties, we are highly experienced in local factors, risk factors and construction types affecting properties within Cornwall. Our dedicated team offers invaluable advice across a range of professional services and would be delighted to further discuss your requirements.
Our knowledge and expertise extends to a variety of services including residential Level 2 & Level 3 Home Surveys, Commercial Building Surveys, Residential Valuations for taxation (Inheritance Tax/probate, Capital Gains Tax), matrimonial, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and other purposes as well Expert Witness reports. We offer a range of project and other services including Measured Surveys and drawings for Planning and Building Regulation applications, submission of applications, proposed design drawings, specifications and schedules for tendering of projects and Contract Administration services. We also undertake various boundary, party wall and other related services.
