We are a local and independent firm, with over 240 FIVE STAR Google reviews, specialising in clear and understandable reports that are high quality rather than high turnover. We provide a friendly and personal service and will help to guide you through the house survey process.

Why we are different:

- We use a bespoke format, which provides many CLEAR IMAGES throughout the report, so that unlike other text-only reports, you can visually see the issues that I find.

- We provide the report WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS (subject to having to do any extra research due to unusual findings - which is very rare)

- We also offer A CONVERSATION after you have read the report, to discuss the findings, as part of the price.

- We are drone pilots and can offer an OPTIONAL DRONE SURVEY of the roof and chimney as part of the service.
