About Us

Independent Moisture and Building Surveyor with over 25 years of construction surveying and damp diagnosing. Thermal imaging, drone, and pole cameras are standard on all surveys, weather permitting, with lots of pics and a no-jargon, easy-to-read report. 

Bespoke survey for both period properties and listed buildings with a report to reflect the property's size and construction. 

I travel the UK for moisture surveys as it is difficult to find a moisture migration specialist locally with the equipment and knowledge of getting the property diagnosed, dried and back to its pre-incidental condition.
