Our team offer comprehensive RICS Building Surveys and RICS Homebuyer surveys, which are concise, user-friendly reports provided in a standardised format that ensures a thorough inspection is undertaken, and that the surveyor looks at all sections of the property that are readily visible or accessible.

Depending on whether the survey is a level 2 or level 3, the surveys will identify significant defects, structural investigations, maintenance advice, estimations on costs and timescales for remedial works, readily apparent potential hazards and aims to reassure the client of such areas of concern using a ‘traffic light’ condition rating system.

With an in depth of knowledge in the buying and selling process we offer a unique and comprehensive perspective, putting our client’s needs first.

Valuations:
Our team offer RICS Redbook Valuations for residential properties including for Inheritance Tax (probate), Capital Gains Tax, Matrimonial, Right to Buy, Reinstatement Costs and Shared Ownership.
Expert Witness:
Our experienced team of Surveyors are able to undertake Valuation and Building pathology expert witness reports.

Park Home Surveys:

We have Park Home specialists that offer bespoke survey reports, that have been designed specifically for anyone purchasing, or own a Park Home or luxury Holiday Lodge. We offer a defect analysis along with advice on how to remedy any issues along with the correct materials specifically designed for Park Homes.

Our Commercial team are qualified to offer RICS Redbook Valuations for a wide range of commercial properties, including hotels, guest houses, care homes, restaurants, public houses, office blocks, industrial units and many more.
A RICS Redbook Valuation, otherwise known as a Bricks and Mortar Valuation, is a crucial tool when looking to sell or insure your business premises. The report includes a BCIS Reinstatement Cost Assessment, which is important to ensure that a correct insurance policy of a business premises is implemented.

Post Survey care:
Our Post Survey Care service is available for any survey or valuation undertaken by our firm on Residential, Park Home or Commercial basis. Reports may be difficult to understand / interpret and communicating this to other parties such as your solicitor or estate agent can be stressful.
We understand how difficult this can be, which is why our Post Survey Care service supports clients by offering a face to face, telephone conversation or Zoom meeting to go through each survey report or valuation, at our client’s own pace.
