Regulated by RICS, we combine technical expertise with a practical, personable approach. The company is led by Gerard Pocock BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience across residential and commercial building surveying, defect diagnosis and project-related services.
We offer RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, building surveys, homebuyer reports, defect investigations, party wall services, listed building advice, planning and building regulations support, contract administration, design input and project management.
