The directors of Medway & Law have over 50 years combined experience in dealing with commercial property in London and the Home Counties. This extends to a range of property uses that fall within the recently updated Class E category such as office, retail, leisure, industrial and medical property.

Our commercial estate agency department covers sales and lettings and also offers a bespoke commercial property acquisition service.
The professional department is able to offer lease advisory work including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and Red Book property valuations. Where required Robert Law is able to provide expert witness reports for arbitration and independent expert referrals.
In addition to above our Chartered Surveyors are able to offer detailed condition reports for both residential and commercial property.
