About Us

GNP Structural Surveys is an independent practice, providing residential and commercial property surveying to London and the Home Counties. We also specialise in historic and listed building surveys. We are fully regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). To undertake difficult surveys, we use modern day techniques such as drones and endoscopes.

Buying a property is one of the most important decisions you will make, and we pride ourselves on being professional and transparent in all we do.
