The services I provide include pre-purchase residential surveys (Level 2 and Level 3), building defect inspections and acting as party wall surveyor under the Party Wall etc Act 1996. Building defect inspections include damp, subsidence and timber defects. I provide an independent and professional service using my experience and local knowledge. I am qualified to MRICS level and have a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying and a PhD in Building Conservation.
