About Us

Guy Lynch Surveyors are based in Winchester and specialise in providing Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys and party wall surveyor services in Winchester, Andover, Romsey, Alton, Four Marks, Bishop’s Waltham, Eastleigh, Southampton, Stockbridge, Salisbury, Whitchurch, Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. 

We were set up by Guy Lynch MRICS and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards. 

Guy qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011 and grew up in Winchester which allows his clients to benefit from his knowledge of Winchester and Hampshire.
