About Us

MKN Surveyors Ltd are Chartered Building Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers, Regulated by RICS. Based in North Yorkshire, we predominantly cover Yorkshire and the North of England, but we also take on instructions further afield including the South East and London.

We undertake Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys), tailored to the age, condition and type of property. Our expertise includes period and heritage buildings, barn conversions, as well as newer homes.

Matthew Noble has over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors and has inspected and valued thousands of homes across the UK. His combined background in estate agency and building surveying gives him a well-rounded understanding of what home buyers need to know – not just from a structural point of view, but also with an eye to future value and marketability.

We aim to demystify the process, delivering reports in clear, practical language, backed by reasoned advice and open communication with our clients.
