About Us

Stuart Scotland undertook his degree in Building Surveying at Southbank University in Central London. He completed his Test of Professional Competence in Project Management as a Freelance Consultant working with the large Central London practices such as Savills, Jones Lang La Salle, Daniel Watney, Drivers Jonas and Corporation of London. He has over 25 years’ experience dealing with residential and commercial property, undertaking Structural Building Surveys/Homebuyers Reports, Project Management, Planning advice for development Acquisitions and property valuations.

Stuart's main specialisation is in Project Management matters, overseeing all aspects of refurbishment, extensions, basement dig outs, and general building works on behalf of clients, including dealing with Building Contracts, Specifications, Plans, Tendering and Design.
