About Us

We are qualified Residential Building Surveyors and Party Wall Surveyors based in Whitstable, and cover Kent, Surrey, Sussex and South Essex. We are a family surveying practice with John being an Associate member of the RICS (AssocRICS) and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS) as well as Associate member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (ACABE). We love surveying work and have over 25 years of residential property and building/construction experience in the South East, and are always willing to offer sensible informative professional advice plus we are completely independent.
