Ovolo Building Consultancy are established and respected Chartered Building Surveyors dealing with a range of services, primarily residential building surveys and defect analysis, housing disrepair/condition reports, expert witness and project management. Our aim is to provide a highly professional and quality, yet personal service to residential and commercial clients throughout much of the UK.

About Us

RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys form a large part of our workload and are undertaken throughout Yorkshire and often beyond. We provide a professional service with a quick and efficient turnaround. Our surveys are detailed and thorough with reports well researched and written. In addition, we provide building pathology on a range of building types for problems such as structural movement, damp, rot, mould, thermal problems and roof, wall and floor issues.

Matthew Wood is also a member of the Expert Witness Institute and is frequently appointed as expert witness in respect of housing disrepair/conditions, building defects, negligence, workmanship and building disputes throughout England and Wales.

We also undertake design, contract administration and project management on residential and commercial premises and specialise in fire, flood and other property damage insurance claims.

Our numerous repeat clients and referrals is testament to our level of service and client care.
