We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and RICS registered Valuers specialising in residential property throughout the North Devon area. We pride ourselves on offering a professional yet personable service where are clients needs are paramount.

We are fully accredited RICS surveyors who adhere to the highest possible standards offering a variety of surveying services including HomeBuyer Reports and Building surveys to assist you with the buying or selling process. We are also experts valuers and can provide valuations for a number of different purposes including; inheritance and capital gains tax matters, matrimonial disputes, Charity Act reports, Help to Buy/ Shared equity valuations, and purchase and sale.
