We operate under International Valuation Standards (IVS) and hold authorisations from both the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA). Since 2022, Vizyon has been regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), aligning our practice with the global professional standards required by institutional lenders, cross-border investors, and regulated financial transactions.
