First for Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS) is a highly specialized private practice dedicated exclusively to matters concerning the Party Wall etc. Act 1996

Originally founded with a long-established head office in Romford, Essex, our practice was built on providing fast, dependable local expertise to the Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, and Collier Row communities. Recognizing a growing demand for dedicated legislative experts, we opened our Loughton branch in 2017. Today, FPWS has expanded into a multi-branch network across Romford, Loughton, Basildon, Saffron Walden, and the East Midlands, backed by a team of five full-time specialist surveyors.
