About Us
Angell Surveys is a RICS-regulated geospatial surveying practice operating across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We deliver measured, evidence-grade survey data for the infrastructure, energy, water, rail, nuclear and built-environment sectors — including PAS 128 utility surveys, UAV and terrestrial LiDAR, drone photogrammetry, topographic and measured building surveys, aerial inspection, thermal imaging, and confined-space drone inspection of inaccessible voids.
Our work supports National Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP) and Development Consent Order (DCO) applications, principal-contractor design coordination under CDM 2015, asset condition assessment for water utilities, and BIM-grade reality capture for heritage, industrial and commercial estates. All deliverables are produced to OSGB36 / Newlyn ODN as standard and ship in industry CAD, BIM and GIS formats (AutoCAD DWG, Revit, IFC, LAS / LAZ, E57, GeoTIFF).
