About Us

Oyster Property Surveyors Ltd was founded by its principal surveyor Richard Glanville and is a RICS regulated and chartered practice based in Whitstable, Kent.
With over 25 years of experience in property surveying including project and contract management of refurbishment and renovation to most archetypes of building including grade 1 and 2 listed in both private and public sectors working throughout the London area, South East and South West counties.
Richard now specialises in surveying residential and commercial property’s for homebuyer reports, property condition surveys, full building surveys, commercial schedule of Landlord dilapidations and New build schedules of snagging.
Richard is also an experienced and current CAA / EASA General Aviation pilot & CAA approved commercial drone operator.
Covering East Kent, including Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Folkstone, Medway, Maidstone, Margate and Ashfor
