About Us

Giles Lewis & Co is an independent Chartered Surveying Practice based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We operate within both the commercial and residential sector and can offer an extensive range of property consultancy services. We cover the whole of Wiltshire, Hampshire Dorset and Somerset. 

Giles Lewis & Co strive to consistently provide a high standard of professional, sound and honest advice and above all are approachable to all our clients. In addition to full membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Giles is also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS). The objective of the Faculty is to promote the highest standards of professional practice in the field of Party Wall Surveying.

We offer a wide range of services that include Level 2 Home Surveys, Party Wall Surveying, Condition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Single Defect Reports, Project Management, Site Supervision and Residential Freeholder services including Licence to Alter applications.
