We specialise in delivering high-quality RICS Home Surveys (Level 2 and Level 3), Party Wall surveying services, and architectural design solutions, all tailored to the individual needs of our clients. With extensive industry experience and a commitment to professional standards, we offer clear advice you can rely on at every stage.

RICS Home Surveys
If you are purchasing a property in London or the South East, our RICS Home Surveys provide a thorough and impartial assessment of the property’s condition. Our detailed reports highlight defects, risks, and maintenance considerations, enabling you to make informed and confident decisions before you proceed. We also issue all of our reports within 3-5 working days from the date of the inspection.

Party Wall Surveying
We have significant experience acting for both building owners and adjoining owners under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Our comprehensive service includes impartial advice, preparation and service of party wall notices, schedules of condition, and the agreement of party wall awards (often referred to as Party Wall Agreements). We work diligently to protect our clients’ interests while helping to minimise disputes and delays.

Architectural Design
Whether you are planning an extension, loft conversion, or change of use, we provide a complete architectural design service. This includes measured surveys, preparation of planning applications and building regulations drawings, and ongoing consultation throughout the design process. We also manage planning applications with the local authority through to determination, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

We offer fixed fees on the majority of our services, with complete transparency and no hidden costs. Our free quotations clearly outline what is included, so you always know exactly what to expect from the outset.

If you require a home survey, party wall advice, or architectural design services, please contact us for free initial advice and a no-obligation quotation.
