About Us

OLP Cost Consultants are an RICS regulated Chartered Quantity Surveying practice, based in both the City of London, and the South West of England, that delivers projects across the residential, commercial, retail, and leisure sectors.

We manage the project construction costs from ‘cradle to grave’, with accuracy, control, and full accountability at every stage.

We pride ourselves on executing the fundamentals to the highest standard, remaining present, accessible, and fully engaged with our Clients throughout the project lifecycle.

But where we truly stand apart is in how we work; proactive thinking, solutions-focused, and adaptable. No two projects are the same, and neither is our approach to cost control. We aim to integrate seamlessly with Clients, architects, and developers, malleably shaping our cost management role to best fit the bespoke demands of each project.
