Nabih Elias Azzam & Partners (NEA) was founded in 1982 by Mr Nabih Elias Azzam, FRICS, the first Arab Fellow Chartered Quantity Surveyor and operates from offices worldwide. The firm is also Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
