About Us

John Seed Chartered Surveyors is a local property practice with extensive experience in all property matters for both commercial and residential properties. We cover the North West of England with local coverage in Derbyshire, Stockport, and south Manchester.

We undertake residential valuations across numerous shared equity schemes namely Help to Buy and Shared Ownership Schemes such as Heylo, Guinness Homes, Plumlife, Johnnie Johnson and others.

We also undertake valuations for Probate (Inheritance Tax), Trusts and Accounting purposes.

For commercial property, we undertake valuations for various purposes including Pension Review, Accounting and Probate.

We specialise in RICS Red Book Valuations for commercial properties held within SIPP/SSAS pension schemes working with numerous Trustees throughout the UK.

Additional services for both commercial and residential property include Mapping and Measured Surveys.
