About Us

Capital Chartered Surveyors and Valuers carry out Full Structural Survey/Building Survey Reports, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and Residential Valuations in all London postcodes and The Home Counties. Much of our work is on Victorian houses and flats or modern apartments but, from Prime Central London to the suburbs, we have surveyed and valued all ages & types of residential property from timber framed (mediaeval to present), listed Georgian town houses to spectacular modern penthouses. Further afield we have seen substantial new build houses from Stanmore (Middx) to the Wentworth Estate (Surrey), Victorian rectories & manor houses in Hants & new timber framed houses in Berks built from reclaimed mediaeval barns imported from France. At the request of clients, we have surveyed Georgian mansions (with associated outbuildings and lodges set amidst private parkland) in Bucks, Herts, Cambridge & Huntingdon. We thrive on unusual property & are happy to answer difficult questions!
