About Us

Charles Mackintosh is an independent chartered surveyor based in the south of France since 1988 where he undertakes valuations and residential building surveys on behalf of international property purchasers. When defects are identified or improvements required, he will design, manage and co-ordinate the construction project from inception through to completion.

Valuations are undertaken for loan, legal and taxation purposes with Charles working alongside leading lawyers, accountants and banks in Paris London and New York as well as locally in the south of France.
