About Us
Belasco Associates is a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Chartered Building Surveyors specialising in all areas of construction, engineering and building works.
Our services include traditional commercial management (production of BOQs, preparation and assessment of valuations etc.), construction dispute resolution (adjudication, arbitration and mediation), quantum and extension of time matters, expert witness appointments in quantity and building surveying matters (accepting appointments as either Party Appointed Experts or Single Joint Experts), contractual advice, specialist procurement, Party Wall appointments, condition and dilapidation reports, remediation strategies, housing disrepair and project management.
We have a broad range of sector experience, including domestic and commercial property, housing and residential, ultra-prime residential, water and wastewater, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, hospitals, energy production and EFW, food and beverage and dairy.
Belasco Associates accept instructions from developers, employers, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants, local authorities, insurance companies, barristers, solicitors and private individuals, and are RICS Accredited Expert Witnesses.
