I am an independent RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Residential Surveyor dedicated to my profession and taking great pride from it. I specialise in Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 pre-purchase Home Survey inspection reports.

Being independent and undertaking just two inspections each week allows me plenty of time to understand each Clients’ individual requirements and/or concerns. Accordingly, I ensure that these are fulfilled and/or properly addressed.

I recognise that the acquisition of a property is for most people the largest investment they will make. I also recognise that my role is to ensure that any such investment is both wise and well considered.

Post reports being delivered to Clients I ask that they are thoroughly read and digested, notes ideally being made. I also ask that Clients then give me a call, this to make certain my comments, judgements, opinions and recommendations have clearly been understood. In my experience it is this follow-up telephone call that Clients find so important.
