About Us

Howe Chartered Surveyors (HCS) provide a comprehensive range of property services, including Level 2 & 3 Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Valuations, Defect Reports, Lease Extension Valuations, Party Wall Matters, Structural Design and Project Management. This includes undertaking the Principal Designer role on Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and acting as Project Manager/Contract Administrator on cladding remediation works—across projects ranging from residential properties to large commercial and multi-occupancy buildings.

Following our acquisition of Mass & Co, we also offer Commercial Estate Agency, and Commercial Property Management, further strengthening our ability to support clients across the full property lifecycle.  HCS Architects also form part of our group, providing architectural design, interior design and planning services. 

From each of our offices, we combine in-depth knowledge of the area’s property market with a practical, straightforward approach. We are committed to delivering clear, reliable and impartial advice, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
