About Us

Trafalgar Property Consultancy is an independent, RICS-regulated property consultancy providing professional residential and commercial property services across Hampshire and the South Coast.

With an experienced team of Chartered Surveyors and property professionals, we provide straightforward, practical advice to homeowners, buyers, landlords, investors and businesses. Our services include RICS residential surveys, building surveys, property valuations, commercial property agency, commercial and mixed-use property management, lease advisory and other professional surveying services.

Based on the South Coast, we work with clients across Portsmouth, Southsea, Gosport, Fareham, Southampton, Waterlooville and the surrounding Hampshire areas, combining professional expertise with detailed knowledge of the local property market.

Whether you are buying a home and need an independent RICS survey, require a property valuation, are investing in commercial property or need professional advice on an existing property, our aim is to make the process clear and provide advice you can genuinely use.

Our residential and commercial expertise sits under one roof, allowing us to support clients across different stages of property ownership and investment. This is particularly valuable for landlords and investors with mixed-use properties who require expertise across both commercial and residential property.

At Trafalgar Property Consultancy, we pride ourselves on providing a personal and responsive service, taking the time to understand each property and each client's individual requirements rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
