About Us

Rod Stradling / Specialist Residential Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in Devon. I have a wide experience in all ages and styles of property. As Chartered Surveyors we are regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Rod Stradling Chartered Surveyors & Valuers is an independent surveying practice, specialising in pre purchase RICS Level 2 & Level 3 Home Surveys.
I focus only on pre purchase surveys and am able to provide good reliable advice for my clients.

I am happy to meet clients for a walk round at the end of the survey which most find very helpful.
