Graham Fitt Surveyors Ltd was set up by David Graham and Donald Fitt to primarily provide Building Surveys and advice to help those in deciding whether to purchase property. We are an independent local practice of Chartered Surveyors mainly concentrating in London and the Home Counties. We provide advice throughout the whole process and we offer a personal service tailored to your requirements.

We have a wealth of experience spanning in excess of thirty years of dealing with acquisition surveys, defects analysis on residential and commercial properties. We are Registered RICS Valuers and can provide residential market valuations for tax purposes, charity act, asset account valuations and other matters.
