About Us

We provide RICS Home Surveys, including Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, together with residential valuation services for a range of purposes.

Our approach is straightforward: professional advice, clearly explained. We aim to give our clients a clear understanding of the property, highlight significant defects and areas of concern, and provide practical guidance to help them make informed decisions.
As an independent practice, clients benefit from a personal service with direct access to the surveyor undertaking their inspection and preparing their report. We take pride in being approachable and responsive, with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns before and after the survey.

Whether you are buying a home, require a valuation, or simply need professional advice about a residential property, Apricot Surveyors provides independent, practical advice with a personal service from start to finish.
