D H Wild Ltd is an independent, RICS-regulated surveying and property consultancy providing practical, commercially focused advice to homeowners, investors, developers, landlords and professional clients.

Led by Dean Wild MSc, AssocRICS, MCABE, the practice combines over ten years’ surveying and valuation experience with hands-on involvement in property development, construction, project management and dispute resolution. This allows us to consider not only the condition and value of a property, but also the commercial, technical and practical implications of a proposed purchase, development or construction project.

Our services include residential and commercial building surveys, RICS Home Surveys, valuations, defect diagnosis, condition and stock-condition surveys, party wall matters, boundary and neighbourly disputes, Japanese knotweed investigations and expert-witness services.

We also provide quantity surveying, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, project management, development monitoring and wider property consultancy services.
