Steven is available before the inspection to discuss any particular concerns and after the report has been issued to explain the findings and answer questions. A verbal overview of the principal findings is normally provided following the inspection, with the written report generally issued within three working days.

Where safe, lawful and appropriate, drone imagery of roofs, chimneys and upper elevations is included to improve the inspection of areas that may not be clearly visible from ground level.
