We specialise in RICS Home Surveys for houses, bungalows and flats, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, often known as HomeBuyer Reports, and RICS Level 3 Home Surveys or Building Surveys. A Level 2 Home Survey is generally suited to conventional properties of standard construction that appear to be in reasonable condition. A Level 3 Home Survey provides a more detailed assessment and is generally appropriate for older, larger, altered, unusual or visibly deteriorated properties.

We assess the available evidence, identify the most probable cause of the problem and advise on suitable repairs, monitoring or further specialist investigation.
