JPL Management is based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and serves clients throughout Gloucestershire and beyond. We can provide services from the earliest stage before any team member has been appointed and continue through the design and construction stages until project completion. 

In addition to cost management and contract management, our post-contract quantity surveying services led us to add the roles of contract administration and employer’s agent. More recently, we expanded our services to include project management, commercial management and construction management. 

We have advised developers on the acquisition of land, provided development appraisals and feasibility reports and supplied project management and construction management services on residential, commercial industrial and leisure property including the construction management of 150 new homes. We also regularly act in the roles of CDM Principal Designer and CDM Principal Contractor.

Additionally, having gained many years of experience managing construction costs and contracts for our clients, we consider that we are well placed to provide advice in relation to construction contracts and assist in the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
