We act for homebuyers and private property clients, and for the managing agents, freeholders, housing associations, local authorities, schools and public estate teams responsible for blocks, estates and works programmes across North, North West, Central, South West and South East London.

Our building surveying work covers RICS Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys, building condition surveys, defect diagnosis and building pathology, technical due diligence, dilapidations, schedules of condition and reinstatement cost assessments. We advise on party wall matters under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and on licence to alter applications.

We also advise on fire safety and external walls, including Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls to PAS 9980:2022, EWS1 external wall reviews, fire compartmentation and fire door inspections, and compliance under the Building Safety Act 2022. For blocks and estates we provide Section 20 and major works consultancy, specification, procurement and tendering, contract administration and development monitoring.
