Tax Planning and Legal Valuations

Every report is prepared by an experienced RICS-regulated surveyor, providing clear, practical advice in straightforward language. Whether you're buying your first home, moving house, redeeming a Help to Buy loan or require an independent valuation for legal or financial purposes, you can rely on us for honest, impartial guidance.

Worthwhile Surveyors was founded by Andrew Worthington, who has nearly 30 years' experience in residential property, surveying, estate agency and construction throughout the West Midlands. His extensive local knowledge, combined with technical expertise, enables clients to receive advice that is both accurate and relevant to the local property market.

Andrew established Worthwhile Surveyors after seeing too many buyers commit to a purchase without fully understanding the property's condition. While a mortgage valuation is carried out for the lender's benefit, a RICS Home Survey is designed to help you understand the property's construction, identify defects, highlight potential future costs and make informed decisions before you exchange contracts.

As an independent practice, our advice is always impartial and focused solely on your interests. We take the time to explain our findings clearly; answer your questions and provide the reassurance you need when making one of life's biggest financial commitments.

If you're looking for a RICS surveyor in Wolverhampton or the West Midlands for a Home Survey Level 2, Help to Buy valuation, probate valuation or independent property valuation, Worthwhile Surveyors is here to help with professional advice you can trust.
