We don’t rush from house to house. By limiting the number of surveys we take on, we’re able to
dedicate the right amount of time to every client, working on just one home at a time. The result
is a detailed, jargon-free report, illustrated with helpful photographs and practical
recommendations.

We won’t keep you waiting

Our focused way of working also means a fast turnaround — typically within three working days
for Level 3 Building Surveys, two for Level 2 Home Surveys, and one to two days for valuation
work.

Our door is always open

Our service doesn’t end when the report is delivered. Whether it’s a follow-up call, a video chat,
or simply answering questions as you move forward with your purchase, we’re always happy to
talk things through. We believe good advice should continue for as long as you need it.
