About Us

JWA Surveyors is an independent, RICS-regulated surveying practice based in Melbourn, providing professional home surveys and property valuations across Cambridge, South Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

We specialise in RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, as well as residential valuations, offering clear, honest advice to buyers before committing to a property purchase.

Whether you are buying a house in Cambridge, Royston, Stevenage or the surrounding areas, our surveys are designed to highlight defects, risks and potential repair costs so you can make an informed decision.

Our approach combines traditional surveying expertise with modern technology, including drone-assisted roof inspections, allowing us to inspect areas that are often difficult to access from ground level.

All reports are clear, detailed and easy to understand, with practical recommendations — not just technical jargon.
