About Us

We are a director-led company, taking a personalised and friendly approach to every instruction and we are fully committed to helping you along your property ownership or occupation journey from acquisition to disposal.  

Our services cover Birmingham and the surrounding areas, as well as locations across the UK. 

Prior to occupation of a property, we can assist by advising on the condition and risks prior to taking a new Lease, preparing schedule of condition to limit Tenant liability under a new Lease, design and project management of repair and fit out works. During the Lease we can assist with planned maintenance, advising on potential dilapidations liabilities and exit strategy and project management of repair and refit works. At Lease end we can defend dilapidations claims from Landlords and project manage any dilapidations mitigation works prior to Lease end.

Prior to ownership of a property, we can assist by advising on condition and risks to inform prior to acquisition.  During ownership we can provide planned maintenance advice, project management of repair and refurbishment works and asset improvement/repurposing/rebranding works. We can assist with the disposal of property by providing vendor packs for prospective purchasers.
