About Us

PSQUARED is a chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy providing commercially focused advice across the residential and mixed-use construction sectors. We work with homeowners, private developers, investors, architects, and contractors, supporting projects including extensions, renovations, new builds, conversion schemes and other construction works. Based in Braintree, Essex, and working across the South East.

Our services focus on managing cost, contract, and risk from early feasibility through to project completion. As Quantity Surveyors, we provide feasibility estimates, cost planning, procurement and tender management, value engineering, budget tracking, valuation of works, change control, and final account settlement, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and well controlled.

We also provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administration services, acting as a single point of contact to coordinate design teams, manage programmes, oversee procurement, and administer JCT and bespoke contracts. Our role is to protect our clients’ interests, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with agreed procedures.

We offer Bills of Quantities to support accurate tendering and transparent cost control and offer dispute avoidance and resolution support where issues arise. We take a pragmatic, hands-on approach, providing clear advice and structured oversight to give clients confidence that their projects are being delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
