About Us
Hi, I’m Mark — a qualified residential surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. I founded Townbridge Residential Surveys to enhance the role of surveyors in the home buying process.
With a long career as a director in a family-run estate agency, along with experience at large corporate surveying firms, I understand that buying a home can be a stressful experience. Independent, expert advice offers reassurance and peace of mind at every stage.
At Townbridge, we prioritise quality over quantity, offering personal guidance through every step of your property survey needs. Whether you require a RICS valuation or a Home Condition Survey, you can expect a friendly, professional, and responsive approach.
I’ve lived in Cheshire nearly all my life and currently reside in Middlewich with my family. Our office is also based in the town, enabling us to carry out surveys and valuations across Cheshire.
Our residential services include:
RICS Valuations
Mi Homebuyer Reports (equivalent to RICS Level 2)
Mi Buy to Let Survey — a unique service that combines a RICS Level 2-equivalent report with an assessment of hazard profiles under the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS
Whether you’re purchasing your first home or expanding your investment portfolio, I’d be delighted to provide expert, impartial advice to help protect your investment and move forward with confidence.
