About Us

With over 20 years of experience in property construction and residential property surveying, I provide expert, independent advice to homebuyers. As a fully qualified RICS surveyor, I offer both RICS Level 2 Surveys (previously known as HomeBuyer surveys) and RICS Level 3 Surveys (previously known as Building or Structural Surveys), giving clients clear, detailed insights into the condition of a property before they commit to purchase. My approach is thorough, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs.

What sets me apart is the personal service I offer—when you instruct me, you’re dealing directly with the surveyor, not a faceless firm. I take pride in clear communication, prompt turnaround times, and producing easy-to-understand reports that highlight key findings without unnecessary jargon. Whether you're buying your first home or adding to your portfolio, I provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what you’re buying.
