About Us

Brearey Building Experts are able to offer all types of surveys to be undertaken on residential and commercial properties across North Yorkshire. 

As award winning Chartered Surveyors, BBE are proud of our attention to detail, knowledge, expertise, and customer service. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a quick turnaround on all RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Home Buyer Surveys across Yorkshire including Harrogate, Leeds, Northallerton, Richmond, Ripon, Thirsk, Wetherby and York.  

BBE have extensive experience of Project Management and Quantity Surveying, so are able to assist you with tendering your project, assessing costs, sourcing the correct contractors to undertake the works, managing the project through to completion and overseeing the finances. We also offer advice and assist with planning and listed building applications.
