ARC Consultants Ltd is an independent business with competent building surveyors with over 25 years’ experience. Dedicated to providing professional and comprehensive building surveying services, including all levels of homebuyer surveys, to clients across Leicestershire and surrounding areas. 

Using modern technology, including ipads and drones, ARC aims to provide a reliable, prompt, and comprehensive service of the highest professional standards to all our clients. The company has been established on the principle of providing professional advice at competitive prices, further reinforced by the close relationship our Director forms with all our clients. 

Furthermore, specifically for subsidence and insurance claims, our Director has significant experience working with private firms, adjusters, and insurers, dealing with damage caused by subsidence, and understanding insurance claims in general.
