Hi, I’m Geoff, owner of Watkins Surveyors, a qualified residential building surveyor and valuer. I’m an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a full member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association. The services provided for residential property are; level 2 and 3 property surveys or accompanied surveys to understand the property’s condition before committing to purchase with market valuations if required. Stand-alone valuations to understand the market value, probate, matrimonial, equity share, first home scheme. Single defect and drone roof inspection survey reports. Heat loss calculations for boiler or air source heat pump installations.
The services provided for commercial property is for landlords and portfolio owners to have comprehensive RICS Red Book–compliant reviews across your properties and condition reporting to flag risks early.

I have lived in Oxfordshire virtually my whole life, and currently reside in Abingdon with my family.
