About Us

The Professional Snagging Company provides professional snagging inspections for new-build homes across England, Wales and Scotland. As the UK's only nationwide RICS Regulated snagging company, we are completely independent of developers, builders and warranty providers.

Our experienced inspectors carry out detailed NHQB Pre-Completion Inspections (PCI) and Post-Completion Snagging Inspections, helping homeowners identify defects, workmanship issues and areas that may not meet the relevant technical standards or warranty requirements.

Our reports are clear, detailed and professionally presented, allowing homeowners to raise issues confidently with their developer. Additional services include thermal imaging surveys, drone roof inspections, re-inspections and specialist defect investigations.
