Marshall Laurence Surveyors are RICS-regulated chartered surveyors and a London-based firm, providing professional residential property surveys across London and the surrounding areas.

We are an independent practice specialising in RICS HomeBuyer Surveys (Level 2) and Building Surveys (Level 3), with a wealth of experience surveying period and older properties, as well as drone surveys for houses and flats using the latest survey technology.

Based in Bromley, our RICS surveyors regularly carry out surveys in Beckenham, Orpington, Chislehurst, Petts Wood, Sidcup, West Wickham, Penge, Crystal Palace, Bexley, and Greenwich, as well as across wider London.
